Hero Points for Dynamics RMS - a customer loyalty program
Retail Hero's Hero Points 2.0 for Microsoft Dynamics RMS is designed to satisfy your customers' requirement to collect points according to dollar value they spend at the store, and then get a predefined discount based on the number of collected points (redeem points). rnThe functionality is similar to popular mass Customer Loyalty Programs such as Air Miles, Petro-Points etc. You get the capability to define a flexible redeeming schedule (i.e. $25 discount for 600 points, $50 discount for 1,000 points, or whatever you choose to configure) It then lets trusted store employees or managers redeem the points for the customer. The system detects when the customer reaches a number of points that is redeemable and automatically prompts you to reward them by applying a discount (pre-defined by you). You can customize this discount schedule however you want to suit your unique business needs, and watch your customer loyalty (and sales) grow.
