Team Commission for RMS
A new Dynamics RMS add-on called Team Commission overcomes the limitations of RMS in the area of handling sales commissions. Quite often in the apparel boutiques and other high-ticket retail outlets commission is assigned to a sales team rather than an individual sales person. The team members may have different commission rates and "weights" within the team according to their experience and seniority and participate in different teams because of the work shifts. rnrnIn RMS the limitation is that only one Sales Rep may be attached to a line item in the transaction (or the entire transaction) which makes it difficult to track the team effort. With the Team Commission for Dynamics RMS the store managers now define each Sales Rep entity in RMS as a team and not an individual person.rn rnMembers cn be re-assigned agt a snap, and can carry a weight.
