Batch and Document Management (BDM) by M4 SYSTEMS
Powerful, invaluable 'look-up' GP enhancement module which allows users to rapidly organise, select and restrict views, with very little effort. By focusing on individual batches, customers and suppliers with a single line per document, BDM enables reconciliations to be performed very quickly and easily. With user-defined column selections, users can choose which columns are relevant to them, which order they want to see them and how wide they want them to be. Batch contents can also be better managed with the ability to search, sort and select on all types of batches throughout the system, move documents between batches and drill down into transactions. With the Batch & Document Lookup Attachment facility, files or images can be attached to sales (SOP, RM), purchase (POP, PM) and finance (GL) documents and later changed or removed.
