eMailer Manager
eMailer Manager batch processes and mass emails, faxes, or EDIs SOP documents (invoices, statements, orders, quotes, returns) EFT remittance reports, and purchase orders via Lotus Notes or Outlook using Adobe PDF. Instead of sending documents individually, the eMailer Manager allows microsoft Dynamics GP users to easily batch-process and e-mail, fax or use EDI to deliver an unlimited amount of documents to an unlimited number of recipients. Existing customers that have large volumes of documents to send on a weekly basis have reported a reduction in processing time by up to 42 seconds per document.
