EBAX allows the user to take data from a data source like MSCRM and put it into Microsoft EXCEL. They can create or modify data, and send it back to the data source. It is really as simple as opening Microsoft EXCEL, clicking Populate Data to download the information, modify or add records in the spreadsheet, and finally click Update Data to send the data back to MSCRM. EBAX is often used for data importas and data cleanup, but the real benefit is EBAX allows users to work in EXCEL and not even look at MSCRM forms.
