FlowCentric BPMS for Dynamics CRM
FlowCentric is a .NET based Business Process Management Suite designed specifically for Microsoft ERP and CRM solutions. It allows a Microsoft Dynamics consultant to define, configure and deploy customer specific processes that are fully integrated to the Dynamics range of product through the FlowCentric drag and drop iDapters. Processes are deployed in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint or as web pages. Typical processes include extensive Supply Chain Management, Sales Management and customer approval with credit checking, Warranty Management etc. See the FlowCentric website for a detailed list of process management applications. A typical process allows a sales person to manage prospects in Microsoft CRM but as the prospect want to open an account, FlowCentric manages the process based on business rules that include credit vetting and authorization. It creates the account in Dynamics AX through web services based integration. FlowCentric is a Gold Certified Microsoft ISV partner.
