GroupingrnIt’s possible to show the calendar of single users, user groups, teams and additionally to load multiple users and define user-groups via an advanced search. This offers you a simultaneous view of activities from more than one user. This allows e.g. the head of the support department to get an overview over the activities of his subordinates, to avoid conflicts and coordinate them efficiently. A clear overview is provided by the group-specific views. Each user is able to define and save user groups or default users separately. Activitiesrn It is possible to create notes and all types of activities (also recurring and service activities) directly out of the GroupCalendar
