Project and Timesheet Add-on
Project Management and Timesheet Registration Add-on gives the ability to enter projects in CRM. Internal and external resources can be added. Estimated costa can be made based on hours spent on the project. Costs can be updated automatically once timesheets are added. Based on project type, workflows can create a number of tasks. These are standard activities in CRM. Once activities are entered, you'll see an overview of open activities for the project. When timesheets are added actual hours are tracked in an overview. Risks can be added to a project, either active or inactive. Once risks are entered, a user can perform all standard CRM activities to resolve them. To provide quick access and insight into several types of information concerning Projects & Timesheets, many system views have been created. Examples are Project Views & Timesheet Views. Finally, a number of reports have been created, such as a Project Progress Management Report and an Open Project Activities Report.
