Email-to-Case
This add-on runs as a windows service and monitors an email-enabled CRM queue for incoming emails. The emails are converted to customer service cases. The original intent of this was to capture server monitoring alerts and automatically open service cases for them. However, it may have wider use as a general purpose email-to-case utility.
