WordConnect - The Word MailMerge Correspondence Assistant
WordConnect is released in 1998. What started out as simple house style automation – with an emphasis on managing templates and standard text – has grown into a full CRM-compatible application. Where MS CRM allows you to manage your customer and business contact processes more easily, WordConnect allows you to manage correspondence processes. The integration with MS Word provides a particularly effective combination with which to approach your target groups in a professional manner. Using WordConnect, you can create and retrieve company documents easily from within MS CRM. ++++ Microsoft Sharepoint: Since November 2007, WordConnect is also integrated in Sharepoint. Nothing special, you think. But WordConnect combines this integration with the existing integration with MS CRM by: 1. Making the letter from MS CRM; 2. Edit in MS Word; 3. Save it in Sharepoint, configured by the data from MS CRM; 4. Makes an activity in MS CRM connected to the Sharepoint document.
