Shop Floor Labor Capture
The Shop Floor Labor Capture module enables you to automatically collect employee labor hours and units by production order and operation. For manufacturers, the module feeds these hours and units to the production order and operation in the Production Orders granule. The Shop Floor Labor Capture module facilitates the labor and unit quantity collection by providing real-time capture of employee, production order, and operation as activities occur on the production floor. The capture system will start the timer when the employee first scans into a production order and then stops the timer when the employee scans his name again. The system collects all employee time according to the standard types allowed on the production order routing. (setup, run, wait and move)
