Dimension Management
• Add, delete, or change Dimensions associated with ANY posted entry quickly and easily without having to reverse and recreate documents and transactions.
• Accidentally posting incorrect dimension values destroys the integrity of reports. Correct your data quickly and easily.
• Optionally prevent changes to data in closed periods.
• Add newly created dimension values to Customer, Vendor, Item, or G/L Account ledger entries, by posting date range. Add values to either a single account or batch add values to a list of accounts.
• Create an audit trail that shows which user made changes to entries, when the changes were made, and what the values were before the entry was changed.
• If the change was made in error, an "Undo" feature is available to make a reversing entry - that is added to the audit trail.
• Associated Analysis View entries are deleted and will be rebuilt when data is refreshed.
