Document Imaging with MHC Software's Image Express
Image Express is ideal for imaging and archiving all of your financial, procurement and human resource documents. Lookup indexes can be automatically captured from your Dynamics GP, SL, or AX database when documents are entered into the imaging system. Our fixed turn-key pricing includes an unlimited number of image groups as well as an unlimited number of users within your organization. Authorized users throughout your organization can enter documents into the imaging system and retrieve documents from the imaging system as part of our turn-key pricing. Implementation and training are also included in our turn-key pricing; there are not any hidden costs or consulting fees. By using related image groups, related documents can be displayed in one click. For example, if you are looking up a vendor invoice, you can view the contract, the purchase order, the packing list and the check in a single click. MHC Workflow and MHC Report Express are optional add-ons to Image Express.
