KnowledgeSync Active Alerts
KnowledgeSync is a Business Activity Monitoring application. It monitors data within Dynamics SL (as well as within any other applications and/or within incoming email) and looks for conditions that require attention -- such as low stock, sending out an overdue invoice, etc. When such conditions are detected, KnowledgeSync does 3 things. It sends out Alerts via email, fax, pager/PDA, cell phone, screen pop, and web browser. It automatically generates and delivers relevant Forms, Documents, and Reports. And it executes Workflow to add or update records within SL -- or to add or update records within any other business applications. KnowledgeSync can also monitor conditions between SL and any other business applications. KnowledgeSync is licensed according to the number of applications that it is monitoring. Monitoring one application costs $3,300 and montioring unlimited applications (plus email) costs $8,700. Free evaluations and demos are available.
